G&S Sales

G&S Sales is an industry leading manufacturer’s representative agency in the plumbing and irrigation business. G&S has served the mountain states for nearly 25 years. The company was started in 1990 by Bill Godwin and John Schultz as a merger of BBG and Associates and JWS Sales. Schultz and Godwin retired in 2006 and 2011, respectively, and passed the torch to Clay Smith and Dan Lowe. Lowe retired in 2016 and today the company is led by Smith.  Providing superior service to their manufacturers and customers has always been their top priority.

G & S Sales has six full-time outside salesmen, with five based in Utah and one in Boise, Idaho, as well as a fully-staffed inside sales and customer service department at the warehouse and office location in the heart of Salt Lake City. This central location makes it easy for customers to quickly access products. The Warehouse is operated by a staff with an average tenure of fifteen years at G&S. Because of their dedicated employees, 42,200 square foot warehouse and innovative operations, G&S Sales is the best regional company in the industry to meet your needs. 

G&S Sales works strictly through the wholesale distribution chain to bring products to the plumbing, irrigation, industrial and hydronics markets. They also call on engineers and contractors to build brand awareness and meet their needs. G&S territory covers Utah, Southern Idaho, Eastern Oregon, Eastern Nevada, and the Western side of Wyoming.

 

The Improvables

The Improvables were founded in 2008 by a group of friends who wanted to bring laughter to the people of Davis County. We honed our craft at Rodger's Memorial Theatre, a tiny community theater with homemade set pieces, flickering stage lights and a lot of love. After our first show, the audience left with smiles on their faces and we left with the feeling that we'd created something special. Oh, and one of our performers left with a couple of broken ribs , but that’s a story for a different time. Each week, our audiences grew and we were astounded so many people valued our brand of clean comedy. Forget Grease - Improvables was the word. 

11 years later, we’ve moved to a new location and added new faces. Our shows are every Friday night at 9:00 PM at Bountiful Davis Art Center (90 N Main Street, Bountiful, Utah). Please visit the "SHOWS" tab to see a calendar of upcoming events.

Each show is custom tailored to our audience that night, so you never know what to expect - and neither do we! That's the fun of improv. We take your suggestions and the things you love to create an unforgettable, never-before-seen, one-of-a-kind comedy experience. We also pride ourselves on providing a clean show. You won't have to worry about our players and subject matter dipping into what we like to call “Bed, Bath, or Beyond.” You're safe in our hands - bring your mom, your kids, your friends, your coworkers, and even Grumpy Uncle Leonard. Whoever you are, we are confident you will find something to smile about when you’re at an Improvables show.

Our shows typically last 90 minutes. Our ticket prices are:

  • Adult - $6

  • Student (with valid I.D.) - $5

  • Bountiful Davis Art Center Members - $5

  • Kids (8-14): $4

  • Kids (7 and under): FREE!
